- Large comfortable living room with 3 settees (one of which is a bed settee) desk, sideboard and flat-screen TV with Freesat, dvd player and recessed fireplace
- Entrance lobby with downstairs WC, separate large cloakroom and cupboard with central heating boiler and washer/dryer.
- Dining Kitchen with well equiped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Large dining table with seating for 6+, radio
Coulsden Cottage is best accessed from the rear of the building. It is approached through high gates into a beautiful walled courtyard with flagstones and richly planted borders, stone trough and tubs. There is outside seating and private secure parking for up to two cars.

NB - Please advise of any allergies that may require alternative bedding.
These two rooms can be used either as separate rooms or to make a suite which (depending on the group involved) could be used for a childrens' play room or a quiet sitting/TV room away from the main sitting room
- Twin-bedded room connected to an additional room which has a futon bed which makes a small double.
- Master bedroom with king-size bed (no footboard) and modern tiled ensuite with bath
