Outside
Coulsden Cottage is best accessed from the rear of the building. It is approached through high gates into a beautiful walled courtyard with flagstones and richly planted borders, stone trough and tubs. There is outside seating and private secure parking for one car (if the party has more than one car there is overnight parking on the street at the front or at a pay and display 200m away).
Ground Floor
- Entrance lobby with downstairs WC, separate large cloakroom and cupboard with central heating boiler and washer/dryer.
- Dining Kitchen with well equiped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Large dining table with seating for 6+, cd/radio with ipod dock
- Large comfortable living room with 3 settees (one of which is a bed
settee) desk, sideboard and large flat-screen TV with Freesat
and recessed fireplace
The cottage has full gas central heating and all bills are included in the rental
Bed Linen and towels are also provided
Freesat TV and WiFi internet access throughout

Due to the town centre location and high quality interior we regret that no dogs will be allowed at Coulsden Cottage. We do however welcome dogs at our other cottages at a fantastic location on the Chatsworth Estate - please visit

First Floor
- Master bedroom with king-size bed (no footboard for you giants!) and luxury tiled
ensuite with bath
- Twin-bedded room connected to an additional room which has a bed settee and flat
screen TV with DVD
These two rooms can be used either as separate rooms or to make a suite which
(depending on the group involved) could be used for a childrens' play room or a quiet
sitting/TV room away from the main sitting room
- Luxury tiled bathroom with shower
- All beds made up with Down Duvet's
feather pillows and 100% Egyptian
cotton Sheets.
NB - Please advise of any allergies
that may require alternative
bedding.
